to see a brief list of the new features.
New credits system for charging the employers
The credits system makes easier for the employer to use the paid services on the website because he doesn't have to be redirected to an external website (like paypal or another) when he would like to pay for the services.
The employers are charged in credits when they:
-post job ads
-make selected job ads featured (they appear on top of the
search results and appear with yellow background)
- upload job banners in different banner areas
(the banner areas, their position, size of the banners and their
price is set by the administrator), the banners can be linked
to the current job ads of the employer or an external link
- browse the database with the jobseeker resumes
(the administrator can set a price for this service, per one resume opening)
New online resume creator for the jobseekers
The jobseeker has a choice between a detailed resume creator (the jobseeker is supposed to fill multiple fields, information for his education and work history, spoken languages and others) and rich text resume editor.
Using the resume creator instead of the rich text resume editor is recommended because the employers have a better chance to find the resume - the different fields in the resume will be searchable
Jobseeker guest applications
JobSite Professional already supports guest applications - website
visitors who haven't registered can apply for jobs. This option can be turned
on and off by the administrator by changing a setting in the config file.
